Device Availability

SecureNation’s 24/7 Device Availability Monitoring service monitors your company’s network for continuous network uptime and network availability. SecureNation’s standard procedure is to “ping or poll” a client’s router, switch, server, or application every 2 minutes. If there is no response after two consecutive two-minute “ping or poll” cycles, Perimeter will deem the service unavailable and will contact Client’s designated point of contact by a method elected by the company (i.e. telephone, email, fax or pager). A ticket is immediately created and assigned to a technician. All tickets are kept open until the service resumes availability.

SecureNation Network Operations and Response Center transfers your risk and response to us, with a predictable, proactive and cost-effective approach. Through our dedicated network management team, we help you manage your total network infrastructure, focusing on the uptime, performance and security. SecureNation utilizes an industry standard network management system, which ensures optimum performance, and security.

The Techcare Operations Center allows you to leverage your investment in your IT infrastructure with our 24×7 monitoring, patch management, alert and issue notification, backup, Response Center and more. With industry leading response times, our Response Center team, solves the majority of issues remotely. If a resolution is not achieved, a field service technician is dispatched for onsite support.
