Livestream registration privacy.
This notice covers the information you submit through the Criticality Live audience registration form on this website. The livestream is sponsored by SecureNation.
What the form collects
- Your full name and email address.
- Your company, if you choose to provide it.
- The episode you choose and your marketing consent choice.
How the information is used
SecureNation stores this information to manage your livestream signup. The confirmation page provides a link to the episode and a calendar download.
The system also records the submission time, website origin, and the wording/version of your marketing choice. To limit automated submissions, it stores keyed hashes of the supplied email address and network address in temporary rate-limit counters. These counters do not store the raw network address.
Optional marketing
The marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Registering for an episode does not select it for you. Choosing it records your agreement to receive marketing updates from SecureNation; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Other services
Registration is processed and stored using Supabase. Episode links and selected video players use YouTube, which operates under its own privacy practices. This notice does not cover the separate guest application and scheduling services.
Registration data questions
Contact info@securenation.net with questions about your registration information or marketing choice.
You may also contact this address to request correction or deletion of your registration, or to withdraw a marketing choice. Submitting the form does not send an email or automatically enroll you in a mailing list.
